ERP Platform Mastery: Direct, hands-on understanding of major enterprise platforms like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Integration & Architecture: An understanding of APIs, system integrations, and legacy data migration to confidently liaise with IT developers and avoid downtime.

Data Analytics: Ability to leverage ERP reporting tools and dashboards to monitor critical KPIs and optimize resources

Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scopes, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation across different departments.

Vendor & Budget Management: Manage relationships with implementation partners and software vendors, track project expenses, and control costs.

Risk & Issue Mitigation: Identify potential roadblocks—such as data migration errors or integration issues—and establish contingency plans.

Change Management: Facilitate organizational readiness by planning communication and training strategies to maximize user adoption and minimize resistance to new workflows.

Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular status reports to executive sponsors and ensure system functionality matches the company's operational requirements.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including business users| consultants| developers| integration teams| and QA teams.

Monitor project progress and ensure delivery within scope| schedule| budget| and quality expectations.

Facilitate workshops| requirement-gathering sessions| and stakeholder meetings.

Manage project risks| issues| dependencies| and change requests through effective governance processes.

Ensure successful integration of NetSuite with external applications| banking systems| reporting platforms| and third-party tools.

Oversee data migration activities including data mapping| cleansing| validation| and reconciliation.

Develop project plans| status reports| RAID logs| communication plans| and executive dashboards.

Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT)| User Acceptance Testing (UAT)| and production readiness activities.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies| security standards| and audit requirements.

Lead cutover planning| go-live execution| and post-production support activities.

Manage vendor relationships| implementation partners| and third-party service providers.

Track project KPIs and report status| risks| and milestones to senior leadership.

Drive process improvement initiatives and ERP optimization opportunities.

Support change management| user adoption| and training programs.

Facilitate AgileScrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning| Daily Standups| Reviews| and Retrospectives.

Collaborate with Product Owners| Business Analysts| Solution Architects| and Engineering teams.
