Summary: The role is for an experienced programmer/analyst specializing in Lawson S3 Human Resources and Payroll applications, requiring extensive programming experience, particularly in COBOL and SQL. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Lawson S3 Human Resources and Payroll applications.
- Utilize COBOL programming skills, preferably MS-COBOL, in an HCM ERP environment.
- Code and compile using Lawson Development Workbench.
- Implement and manage Landmark IPA workflow programming.
- Collaborate with team members and users to solve problems and articulate solutions.
- Perform production support duties and be on-call as needed.
- Document solutions and maintain confidentiality and data security.
- Provide adhoc reporting and utilize Microsoft Office skills.
Key Skills:
- 7 years programming experience, preferably in Lawson HCM ERP.
- 5 years experience as a COBOL program developer.
- Strong SQL programming skills.
- Experience with Landmark IPA workflow programming.
- Knowledge of HCM components and their integration with other modules.
- Collaborative team member with good communication skills.
- Project work and Go Live migration experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in MS-Excel, MS-Word, and MS-Outlook.
