Summary: The ERP Developer role involves supporting enterprise financial systems in a production environment, particularly within SaaS-based applications. The position requires expertise in requirements gathering, project coordination, and the implementation of SaaS ERP solutions. The developer will also engage in system integrations and support reporting tools while working in Agile environments. This role is remote and classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support enterprise financial systems (ERP or equivalent) in a production environment.
- Work in SaaS-based application environments, understanding configuration versus customization constraints.
- Gather requirements, engage customers, communicate with stakeholders, and coordinate projects for enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation and system specifications.
- Implement at least two full lifecycle SaaS ERP solutions, including requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Support system integrations, including APIs, ETL processes, batch interfaces, and secure file exchanges.
- Work on Reporting tools.
- Work with middleware platforms or tools for API orchestration (e.g., Apache Camel).
- Develop and monitor Control M jobs.
- Work in Agile environments using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex systems in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
- Support SaaS solutions, including financial modules, security roles, and administration tools.
- Support state government financial or treasury systems, preferably within CPA or similar agencies.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, TEAMS, Microsoft Project, Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Handle Core Financial Functions: General Accounting, Cost Accounting, Budget Control, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Asset Management and Offsets.
- Use Jira and Confluence.
- Have knowledge of Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms.
- Design or support Power BI dashboards or Advantage-native reporting tools.
- Use SaaS testing tools, such as Test Savvy, for regression and UAT tracking.
- Have knowledge of USAS, TINS, and SPA legacy financial systems.
