ERP Data Engineer with Healthcare System

Position Summary

We are looking for a strong, hands-on Senior Data Engineer with solid experience working with ERP, financial/accounting, and healthcare/hospital management data.

The ideal candidate should have strong data engineering skills and experience integrating complex data from systems such as Workday, Infor, PeopleSoft, Oracle ERP, or similar enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support scalable data pipelines integrating ERP, financial/accounting, and hospital management systems.
• Extract, transform, integrate, and reconcile data from Workday, Infor, PeopleSoft, Oracle ERP, or similar systems.
• Work with General Ledger (GL), AP/AR, accounting, procurement, supply chain, HR/payroll, and other enterprise data.
• Develop complex data transformations using Python, PySpark, SQL, Spark, and modern data engineering platforms.
• Perform source-to-target mapping, data validation, reconciliation, and data-quality checks.
• Troubleshoot complex data, integration, pipeline, and performance issues.
• Work closely with finance, healthcare operations, business, and technical teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on Data Engineering/Data Integration experience.
• Strong Python, PySpark, SQL, Spark, and ETL/ELT skills.
• Solid experience integrating data from ERP and financial/accounting systems.
• Experience with one or more: Workday, Infor, PeopleSoft, Oracle ERP, or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of GL, accounting, AP/AR, procurement, and financial data.
• Strong data modeling, data quality, reconciliation, and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or similar modern data platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience with healthcare providers, hospitals, or hospital management systems.
• Experience with healthcare financial, supply-chain, procurement, operational, patient/provider, or related data.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry and/or AIP is a strong plus.
• Experience with Palantir data pipelines, Ontology, AIP/GenAI, RAG, or AI-assisted workflows is highly desirable.
• Understanding of HIPAA/PHI/PII and healthcare data governance.
