Summary: We are seeking an ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team on a contract basis in Houston, Texas, or remotely. The role involves optimizing systems, resolving user issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The consultant will utilize advanced technologies to enhance efficiency and deliver high-quality solutions. Key responsibilities include managing support tickets, developing training programs, and maintaining system documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by users, following best practices and ensuring proper testing, approval, and implementation.
- Coordinate with support teams, including Managed Services and Oracle Support, to address escalated matters effectively.
- Conduct regular system access reviews to ensure adherence to access control policies and promptly address any discrepancies.
- Partner with team members to automate routine processes and enhance departmental productivity.
- Develop and maintain system documentation for configurations and enhancements.
- Build custom reports using tools such as Oracle Fusion and BI Publisher to analyze and interpret data.
- Manage a queue of support tickets and enhancement requests, providing timely updates and deliverables.
- Design and deliver training programs for end-users and administrators on Oracle Fusion and other related products.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, including incident and problem management, change versioning, and technical support.
- Take on additional assignments and special projects as needed to meet business objectives.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems, with experience in configuration and management.
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and API development.
- Expertise in client-side scripting and business process functions.
- Ability to create and interpret business requirement documents.
- Familiarity with configuration management and AB testing methodologies.
