Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
  • Conduct detailed gap analysis and materiality assessments between existing systems and future-state designs
  • Support ERP configuration and testing activities across functional domains
  • Lead process mapping and document user stories for Infor M3 modules
  • Assist in harmonizing business processes and technology in M&A-driven initiatives
  • Facilitate workshops and knowledge transfer sessions with internal teams and external consultants
  • Contribute to documentation efforts including business process flows, requirements traceability, and impact assessments

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis within large SaaS ERP environments
  • Functional knowledge of one or more Infor M3 modules, such as:
    • Sales (CO/MCO/POM)
    • Data Mesh, CPQ, CLM
    • Finance (SOX compliance understanding preferred)
    • Supply Chain, Operations, and Manufacturing
  • Strong experience with:
    • Process mapping, user stories, and requirements documentation
    • Gap analysis and materiality assessments
    • M&A-driven process and technology harmonization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheets
