Summary: An experienced Epicor Kinetic WMS and Manufacturing Functional Consultant is tasked with implementing, configuring, and optimizing Epicor solutions in manufacturing settings. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring integration across various modules. A blend of technical expertise, process analysis, and communication skills is essential for supporting operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Epicor Kinetic WMS and Manufacturing modules.
- Analyze business processes and requirements to design suitable Epicor Kinetic solutions.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for project deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive functional and technical specifications for customizations and enhancements.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to Epicor Kinetic workflows.
- Conduct business requirements gathering sessions and translate needs into detailed specifications.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users on Epicor Kinetic WMS and Manufacturing features.
- Configure workflows, BAQs, reports, dashboards, and forms to meet operational needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues within Epicor Kinetic systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration across manufacturing, inventory, supply chain, and financial modules.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Epicor ERP, including Manufacturing and WMS functionalities.
- At least 5 years of experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise with Epicor Kinetic WMS, including inventory management, warehouse operations, mobile RF/barcode scanning, and WIP.
- Strong knowledge of Epicor Manufacturing modules such as Job Management, BOMs, Routings, and Shop Floor Control/MES.
- Experience in writing clear, detailed functional and technical specifications for development teams.
- Demonstrated ability to create and maintain SOPs for business processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
