Job Description: | Job Title: Application Analyst - Epic Resolute Professional Billing & Claims and Remittance Role Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Application Analyst with expertise in Epic Resolute, and Claims and Remittance modules o join our dynamic team. This Epic Applications Analyst plays a critical role in the implementation and installation of Epic applications, module upgrades, new components, and modifications. This position is responsible for workflow configurations, go-live support, and ongoing client support. You are also responsible for configuring application settings and validating configurations. This position is an expert role in Epic Practice Management system products. As an Application Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze business processes, and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our Epic applications. The right candidate will need to have a solid understanding of revenue cycle management or experience with billing operations. Understanding of upstream and downstream data sources to be able to investigate the root causes of claims errors. Because most Epic applications ultimately contribute data to claims, the application coordinator should know where each piece of data on claims forms originates in Epic.
