Summary: The Quality Assurance Analyst II role focuses on applying Quality Assurance and Release Management concepts to test application changes and enhancements within a healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply Quality Assurance/Release Management concepts to test application changes, updates, and enhancements.
  • Interact with Clinical, Revenue Cycle, and Technical Leaders, Project Managers, and Analysts.
  • Develop, evaluate, revise, apply, and document quality assurance processes, methods, and test plans.
  • Inspect and test a variety of IS applications and workflows.
  • Develop, audit, monitor, and enforce established release management processes and policies.

Key Skills:

  • Strong Epic experience with Mapped Record Testing (MRT).
  • IT/Operational experience in a Healthcare environment.
  • Proficiency in Epic applications preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years' progressive healthcare experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing QA efforts for large, enterprise-wide software implementations.
