Summary: The EPIC Ops Support Engineer role involves managing day-to-day EPIC operations, including incident resolution and data management. Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out day-to-day EPIC operations, provide triaging and incident resolution.
- Manage Member Eligibility Loads into Epic and maintain Claims and Provider data loads.
- Analyze and resolve provider onboarding issues.
- Work on EPIC interfaces and data exchange issues, including both API and SFTP data exchange.
- Maintain and load de-identified test membership data into HEPPI in accordance with customer enterprise standards.
