Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on Epic application support and configuration build for Inpatient Orders and Bugsy modules.
  • Manage day-to-day support operations, ensuring system stability and seamless clinical workflows.
  • Coordinate tasks and delivery with offshore team members while managing client stakeholder communication.
  • Execute enhancement delivery, coordinate testing, and maintain thorough system documentation.

Key Skills:

  • 4+ years of Epic application support/build experience, explicitly including hands-on experience with Inpatient Orders and Bugsy.
  • Current, active Epic Clinical certification(s) in relevant inpatient clinical applications (must be maintained throughout the engagement).

qualifications:
