Epic Certified Application Analyst Level 3 (Testing Focus)

• This role is heavily TESTING-FOCUSED for an Epic implementation (Maimonides Health).

The hiring manager is prioritizing candidates who:

• Have strong hands-on testing experience (NOT just build/support)
• Have worked on Integrated Testing
• Testing across Epic modules, interfaces, and third-party systems Can:
• Execute test scripts
• Validate workflows
• Maintain documentation and proof of testing
• Understand end-to-end clinical workflows and dependencies

Candidates must be able to:

• Collaborate closely with build teams, SMEs, and stakeholders
• Identify workflow gaps and validate system behavior
• Work independently in a fast-paced implementation environment

Job Summary

• Seeking an Epic Application Analyst Level 3 to support a major implementation effort with a strong focus on integrated testing, workflow validation, and system readiness. This role requires hands-on experience executing and managing testing cycles across multiple Epic modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage Integrated Testing across Epic modules
• Develop, update, and validate test scripts
• Maintain testing documentation and audit trails
• Validate workflows with SMEs and stakeholders
• Collaborate with:
• Build teams
• Project managers
• Technical teams
• Identify and resolve workflow or system issues
• Support UAT and go-live readiness
• Participate in process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Epic Certification (REQUIRED)
• 2+ full lifecycle Epic implementations (MANDATORY)
• Strong testing experience (UAT / Integrated Testing)
• Experience working across multiple Epic modules
• Strong understanding of:
• Clinical workflows
• System dependencies
• Stakeholder-facing experience

Preferred

• Clinical background (RN, LPN, etc.)
• Multi-module Epic experience
• Experience in large health systems
