Summary: We are seeking experienced Epic Cadence & Prelude Analysts to enhance patient access, scheduling, and registration workflows in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate should possess strong Epic build experience and workflow analysis skills, along with practical knowledge of scheduling and registration processes. This role involves configuring and supporting Epic modules while collaborating with various teams to optimize workflows. The position is contract-based and full-time, with a focus on improving healthcare operations through effective scheduling solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, build, maintain, and support Epic Cadence and Epic Prelude modules
- Support scheduling, patient registration, referrals, provider templates, and visit workflows
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and revenue cycle teams to gather requirements
- Perform workflow analysis, system configuration, testing, validation, and documentation
- Support upgrades, optimization projects, and new implementations
- Troubleshoot production issues and resolve tickets
- Participate in integrated testing, go-live, and post-production support
- Maintain provider records, departments, visit types, and scheduling templates
- Work with cross-functional Epic teams for integrated workflows
- Document build decisions, configurations, and change management processes
Key Skills:
- Epic Cadence Certification (Required)
- Epic Prelude Certification (Preferred/Required depending on client)
- 3 5+ years of Epic Cadence/Prelude analyst experience
- Strong understanding of patient scheduling and registration workflows
- Experience with Epic build, optimization, and support
