Key Responsibilities:

• Support, maintain, and optimize Epic Research applications and workflows
• Configure, test, implement, and troubleshoot Epic solutions
• Work closely with clinical and research stakeholders to gather business requirements
• Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and issue resolution
• Create documentation, workflows, and training materials
• Participate in system testing and validation activities
• Ensure compliance with healthcare and research regulations

Key Skills:

• Epic certification in relevant modules required
• 4+ years of Epic application analyst experience
• Experience supporting research workflows within healthcare systems
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience with change management and system implementation
• Experience with Epic Research, Beacon, or related modules preferred
• Healthcare provider or hospital environment experience preferred
• Knowledge of HL7 interfaces and reporting tools preferred
