Summary: The role of an EPIC-Certified Analyst focuses on supporting the implementation and maintenance of the Epic Healthy Planet module to enhance population health management. The analyst collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure effective data-driven care strategies. This position is fully remote and is part of a long-term contract. The analyst will bridge gaps between data insights and clinical workflows to improve health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, build, and maintain the Epic Health Planet module to support population health initiatives.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to design workflows that support care management, preventive care, and chronic disease monitoring.
- Analyze population health data and metrics to support the design and implementation of targeted care strategies.
- Develop dashboards and reports to support performance improvement and monitor key quality indicators.
- Assist in upgrades, testing, and changing management for Health Planet and related modules.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Epic upgrades, functionality, and best practices in population health.
Key Skills:
- 2 years Certification in the Epic Healthy Planet module.
- 2 years of experience in configuring, building, and maintaining the Epic Health Planet module to support population health initiatives.
