Summary: The role of an EPIC-Certified Analyst focuses on supporting the implementation and maintenance of the Epic Healthy Planet module to enhance population health management. The analyst will bridge gaps between data insights and clinical workflows to improve health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, build, and maintain the Epic Health Planet module to support population health initiatives.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to design workflows that support care management, preventive care, and chronic disease monitoring.
- Analyze population health data and metrics to support the design and implementation of targeted care strategies.
- Develop dashboards and reports to support performance improvement and monitor key quality indicators.
- Assist in upgrades, testing, and changing management for Health Planet and related modules.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Epic upgrades, functionality, and best practices in population health.
Key Skills:
- 2 years Certification in the Epic Healthy Planet module.
