Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Support Agile Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coordinate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and development teams.
- Assist in maintaining project backlogs and sprint boards.
- Help identify and remove project impediments.
- Track sprint progress and prepare status reports.
- Ensure Agile best practices are followed throughout project execution.
- Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams.
- Support documentation and project coordination activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Jira, Microsoft Office, or similar collaboration tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Agile mindset and willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of Scrum Framework.
- Basic understanding of SDLC.
- Time management and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
