Key Responsibilities:
- Design structured, domain-relevant finance problems across various sub-disciplines
- Develop clear, accurate, and logically sound model solutions
- Create consistent reasoning frameworks aligned with finance best practices
- Ensure clarity, technical correctness, and professional standards in all deliverables
- Provide written explanations, feedback, or clarifications where needed
Key Skills:
- 1+ year of experience in a finance-related role (e.g., investment banking, FP&A, accounting, financial consulting)
- Strong understanding of core finance concepts such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), financial modeling, capital structure, working capital management, ROI, and IRR analysis
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Clear and structured written communication skills
- Experience designing case studies, assessments, or structured financial exercises (preferred)
- Exposure to technical writing or educational content creation (preferred)
- Familiarity with reviewing or evaluating financial analyses (preferred)
