EnterpriseDB Hybrid Manager – PostgreSQL & Kubernetes

We are seeking an experienced EDB/PostgreSQL professional with strong Kubernetes expertise to lead and support enterprise database environments across hybrid infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support PostgreSQL/EDB databases in production environments.
- Design and support Kubernetes-based PostgreSQL deployments.
- Handle database performance tuning, HA, replication, backup/recovery, migrations, and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot PostgreSQL and Kubernetes production issues.
- Collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Application teams.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentor engineering teams.
- Support hybrid/on-prem and cloud environments.
Must Have:
- Strong PostgreSQL / Postgres experience.
- Strong Kubernetes / K8s experience.
- Production database administration/support.
- PostgreSQL HA, replication, performance tuning, backup/recovery.
- Experience with containerized/database workloads.
Preferred:
- EDB / EnterpriseDB / EPAS
- PostgreSQL Operators / CloudNativePG
- Docker, Helm, OpenShift
- AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform
- Terraform/Ansible
- Technical leadership experience.
