Summary: The Enterprise Solution Delivery Architect will lead the architecture of enterprise SaaS solutions for banking modernization, partnering with financial institutions to create strategic roadmaps. This role requires acting as a trusted advisor, designing scalable solutions, and driving cloud-native engineering practices. The architect will also oversee the solution delivery lifecycle and mentor technical teams while engaging in hands-on delivery and integration strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end enterprise SaaS solution architecture across banking modernization initiatives (legacy ? cloud/SaaS transformation)
- Partner with financial institutions to define business priorities and co-create modernization roadmaps aligned to enterprise strategy
- Act as a trusted advisor bridging business and technology, translating complex requirements into scalable architectural solutions
- Design and deliver end-to-end architectures across legacy platforms, SaaS ecosystems, and cloud-native environments
- Drive architecture patterns including microservices, API-first design, and event-driven systems (Kafka or similar)
- Own solution delivery lifecycle from pre-sales architecture through hands-on implementation and execution
- Provide architectural oversight across design reviews, integrations, data flows, and technical decision-making
- Engage directly in hands-on delivery including code reviews, POCs, and technical validation of solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, delivery teams, and external partners to ensure solution success
- Drive cloud-native engineering practices including Kubernetes, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks
- Define and manage integration strategies including APIs, distributed systems, and enterprise integration patterns
- Lead data architecture initiatives including migration strategies, governance, security, and regulatory compliance (SOC2, GDPR, ISO)
- Implement modern IAM frameworks including OAuth, OIDC, and enterprise authentication/authorization solutions
- Influence executive stakeholders by articulating technical solutions in clear business terms and driving decision-making
- Mentor and lead technical teams while operating as a hands-on "builder-architect" delivering real-world outcomes in complex environments
