Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional expertise across D365 Finance and Supply Chain Management modules
- Work closely with finance and procurement stakeholders to understand document and reporting requirements
- Ensure document outputs align with business processes, regulatory compliance, and audit requirements
- Configure and customise Docentric templates for D365 F&O
- Design and deliver customised invoices, purchase orders, credit notes, and other business documents
- Produce professional, branded PDF documents directly from D365 F&O
- Apply advanced Docentric configuration and template design techniques, minimising the need for custom X++ development
- Partner with finance teams to ensure documents meet branding, tax, and compliance standards
- Translate functional requirements into effective document solutions
- Support workshops, requirement gathering, and solution walkthroughs
- Support testing and validation of document outputs (UAT support where required)
- Troubleshoot document-related issues and optimise configurations
- Maintain clear documentation and provide knowledge transfer

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Functional Consultant with strong Document Management and Docentric expertise. This role focuses on finance and supply chain business processes, with a particular emphasis on document generation, invoice customisation, and branded PDF outputs from D365 F&O. This is a hybrid functional and configuration role, suited to a consultant who understands end-to-end business processes and can leverage Docentric to deliver high-quality document solutions without heavy X++ development.
