Job Summary

Enterprise Healthcare client has an immediate opening for a highly motivated Enterprise Platforms Product Manager to join their dynamic and growing team.

Salary: $49.66 - 59.66 per hour

Work Hours: 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities

• What is the purpose of this team?
• What is driving this need? (ex. Backfill for FTE or CW, new project, business growth)
• Describe the surrounding team (team culture, work environment, etc.) & key projects.
• Do you have any additional upcoming hiring needs or is this request part of a larger hiring initiative? -This team of 4 will be used to staff the 21022 - Payment Integrity Bot Automation (2%) project which is a total of 3850 hours.
• New Project
• Will be lead by DP Sharma my Dev lead who will oversee the 4 team members on the project. Also Kendra Kwoka who is the teams BSA
• This request is to fulfil the needs of this project, but based on the work done by these 4 team members the project may go over or more projects may come in where their skills are needed prior to the project end date.
• Typical Day in the Role
• Walk me through the day-to-day responsibilities and a description of the project (Outside of the Workday JD).
• What are the performance expectations/metrics?
• What makes this role unique? Attend and actively participate in all Agile Scrum ceremonies including:
• Daily Stand-Up meetings
• Sprint Planning
• Backlog Refinement/Grooming
• Sprint Reviews/Demos
• Sprint Retrospectives
• Provide status updates on assigned work items.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and remove impediments.
• Expectations: Business Value & Strategic Prioritization, Backlog Management & requirements ownership, Stakeholder Management and Communication, Deep Understanding of Business Processes, Sprint Participation & Agile Leadership, Automation Delivery and Production Readiness, Operation Performance Monitoring.
