Primary Responsibilities
- Experience managing mobile devices and application deployments using Omnissa Workspace ONE (AirWatch).
- Experience with daily operational management, monitoring and reporting of large mobile fleets (10,000+ devices).
- Management of iOS, Android, rugged device, and mobile printing platforms.
- Experience with Apple Business Manager, Apple Configurator, Zebra StageNow and other vendor provisioning tools preferred.
- Experience with incident and service request management systems (BMC Remedy, Service Now).
- Scripting (Bash/Shell/PowerShell/Batch).
Additional Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in the mobility environment.
- Retail industry experience preferred.
- Experience with mobile point-of-sale deployments.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, self-motivated, results-driven and well organized.
- Effectively verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent team player.
