Enterprise District Manager (New Business Sales) - UK

The sales responsibility of this role is for ADP's UK Payroll and HR solutions. The role embraces new sales to new customers with over 1500 employees. Sales cycles are of a 8 - 12 month period and Customer negotiation is likely to be with up to 5/6 people, depending on the organisation and structure of the prospect. The number of contracts necessary may vary depending upon product or service, and average order value is circa £80,000 - £100,000 of year 1 revenue and contract value £300,000. What You Will Do

  • Identify prospects within companies who have over 1500 employees and sell all ADP's HR and Payroll solutions
  • Arrange prospect appointments and undertake visits to demo software (all sales meetings are currently hosted via webex for the time being )
  • Take time to understand our prospects needs and close all deals
  • Work with pre sales to advise on suitable products and services for our client base

Experience

  • Ideally you will have a minimum five years' software field sales experience
  • Track record of winning new customers through a consultative sales approach
  • You will have experience of selling and demonstrating software to large customers with over 1500 employees
