Summary: The Enterprise Content Management Project Manager will lead the implementation of an ECM system, serving as the primary Project Manager for the initiative. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system.
- Serve as the primary Project Manager for the ECM initiative.
- Obtain subject matter expertise in case management across agencies.
- Collaborate with and guide other program Project Managers.
- Establish plans for onboarding program offices to the new ECM platform.
- Define strategies for decommissioning existing systems post-onboarding.
