Summary: The role of Enterprise Cloud Systems Administrator involves managing advanced administration of WebSphere Application Server and cloud systems across multiple platforms, including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform upgrades, patching, and security fix implementation for WebSphere.
- Monitor application and system performance, troubleshoot, diagnose issues, and implement fixes.
- Interact closely with development teams to design solutions, and to deploy and maintain applications.
- Install, configure, and deploy new WebSphere Application Servers (WAS) on AIX and Linux.
- Develop and deploy shell scripts to automate tasks.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications in a cloud environment.
- Collaborate with cloud vendors to recommend infrastructure solutions.
- Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
- Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and coordinate deployment/release schedules and status with all stakeholders.
Key Skills:

Work location: 100% remote USA (eastern time work hours)

Work Schedule:
Hours: 8-10 hours per day.
Core hours: Monday-Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
On-call: Subject to a 24/7/365 on-call rotation.
Required Exp/Skills:
