Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate internal functions, business strategies, and IT processes, and recommend improvements
- Create current and target state architecture and define roadmaps
- Conduct portfolio analysis of application inventory and platforms supporting business domains
- Suggest strategies to simplify, innovate, and reduce costs in IT and business operations
- Provide business architecture and systems processing guidance
- Ensure efficiency, security, and alignment with organizational goals
- Develop compliance architecture methods including data storage, metadata management, and change control
- Determine and implement build vs. buy strategies aligned with overall business and technology strategy
- Govern AI use cases to ensure ROI and adherence to standards and policies
- Prepare and present materials to the Technical Architecture Group
- Analyze and recommend new technologies
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Strong Financial Services and Insurance domain knowledge
- Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience is required
- Mandatory experience with Duck Creek
- Experience with insurance package implementation
