Summary: The role of Senior Enterprise Architect at Mosaic Island involves defining and maintaining target estate architecture for global supply chains, particularly in the FMCG or Manufacturing sectors. The position requires translating business strategies into actionable architecture blueprints while providing governance and oversight for strategic programs. The architect will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technology aligns with business capabilities and will influence IT investment decisions. This position is primarily remote with occasional site visits and is offered through an umbrella company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the target estate architecture for global supply chain, covering planning, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, and product domains.
- Translate business strategies into actionable architecture blueprints and roadmaps, e.g., Industry Standard 4.0.
- Provide solution governance and architectural oversight for 7 strategic programs and initiatives (e.g., Integrated Supply Chain, ERP transformations, MES, PLM).
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and integration of enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Blue Yonder, ARAS PLM, MES solutions, etc.).
- Partner with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and domain architects to ensure business capabilities are supported by best-fit technology.
- Conduct gap analysis between current and future-state capabilities and systems.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise principles, security standards, and data governance policies.
- Champion modular, scalable, and interoperable design principles for long-term agility.
- Influence and contribute to IT investment decisions and business case development.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience in global supply chain and manufacturing sectors, particularly in CPG, FMCG, pharma, automotive, or electronics.
- Strong understanding of product roadmaps of key iPaaS vendors.
- Proficiency in defining enterprise architecture and governance.
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Blue Yonder, ARAS PLM, and MES solutions.
- Ability to conduct gap analysis and align solutions with enterprise principles.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of modular, scalable, and interoperable design principles.
- Experience in influencing IT investment decisions and developing business cases.
