Summary: The Enterprise Architect role at TechnoGen Inc. involves managing and optimizing the Enterprise Architecture Management System (EAMS) using LeanIX. Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process requests for updates to LeanIX Fact Sheets.
  • Implement changes in LeanIX aligned with the enterprise data model.
  • Validate updates and manage environment migrations (Test, QA, Production).
  • Perform data fixes, imports, exports, and refreshes across environments.
  • Monitor and address data quality issues; ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Create and maintain saved searches, surveys, and automations within LeanIX.
  • Build and maintain operational runbooks and transformation logic.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in LeanIX and Power BI.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analytics support to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with data owners to ensure timely and accurate data updates.
  • Communicate system changes, updates, and data issues to partners and stakeholders.
  • Engage business leaders and data owners to drive data stewardship and accountability.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for LeanIX capabilities and best practices.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience with LeanIX (Fact Sheets, Surveys, Reports, Automations).
  • Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization tools.
  • Strong understanding of data models, governance, and architecture frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data quality and operational rigor.
  • Experience with scripting or automation tools within LeanIX (preferred).
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, ArchiMate) (preferred).

Position Summary:
