Summary: The role of Solutions/Enterprise Architect focuses on leading agile software delivery teams with expertise in AWS, CI/CD, TDD, and microservices. Candidates are expected to have a strong background in React, NodeJS, and Typescript, along with experience in domain-driven design and microservice architecture. The position is primarily remote but requires occasional travel to London and/or Bristol. The role is classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead agile software delivery teams as a Solutions/Enterprise Architect.
  • Utilize expertise in AWS and Terraform for architectural solutions.
  • Implement CI/CD, TDD, and microservice environments.
  • Develop back-end solutions using React, NodeJS, and Typescript.
  • Apply domain-driven design principles in architecture.
  • Oversee software, data, and infrastructure environments.
  • Engage with stakeholders effectively.
  • Obtain SC Clearance or undergo security clearance.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect and/or Enterprise Architect.
  • Expertise in AWS and Terraform.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD, TDD, and microservices.
  • Experience with React, NodeJS, and Typescript.
  • Hands-on experience with coding and code implementation.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills.

Salary (Rate): £80.00/hr

Xpertise are urgently looking for a Solutions/Enterprise Architect (AWS, CI/CD, TDD, Microservices, React, NodeJS, Typescript, Terraform) for a long term engagement.

Candidates must have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect and/or Enterprise Architect
  • Expertise in AWS and Terraform
  • Proven experience leading agile software delivery teams
  • A strong working knowledge of CI/CD, TDD and microservice environments
  • A strong working knowledge of React, NodeJS, Typescript back-end development
  • Proven experience of domain driven design and microservice architecture
  • Proven experience across software, data and infrastructure environments
  • Proven experience of understanding coding and code implementation (hands-on experience beneficial)
  • Exceptional stakeholder skills
  • SC Clearance or willing to undergo security clearance.

Remote with occasional travel to London and/or Bristol.
