Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in client interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to understand the current technology landscape.
- Identify enterprise-wide cost reduction opportunities across software licensing, infrastructure, platforms, and applications.
- Assess application, platform, and infrastructure portfolios to recommend consolidation and rationalization strategies.
- Evaluate duplicate or overlapping tools and define optimization opportunities to improve technology efficiency.
- Develop prioritized, actionable, and measurable recommendations for cost savings and operational improvements.
- Apply structured cost-transformation methodologies and best practices to support enterprise optimization initiatives.
- Produce consulting-grade deliverables with clear executive-level presentations and recommendations.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders in a fast-paced, remote consulting environment.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect with expertise in portfolio assessment, technology rationalization, and cost optimization.
- Strong hands-on experience with Software Asset Management (SAM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM), including software licensing models, entitlements, and asset lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated experience implementing cost-transformation frameworks, rationalization methodologies, or FinOps practices.
- Deep understanding of enterprise software licensing models, SaaS platforms, on-premises solutions, and enterprise agreements.
- Experience identifying redundant technologies and driving tool consolidation initiatives across large enterprises.
- Excellent client-facing, interviewing, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
