Key Skills:
- Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture with a focus on cost optimization, portfolio rationalization, or technology assessment.
- Strong hands-on experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM), including knowledge of licensing models, entitlements, and asset lifecycle management.
- Proven experience working with IT cost optimization frameworks (e.g., FinOps, cost transformation, or similar methodologies).
- Deep understanding of enterprise software ecosystems, including SaaS platforms, on-prem solutions, and enterprise licensing agreements.
- Demonstrated track record in identifying redundant systems and driving consolidation initiatives.
