  • Establish standards, reference architectures, and guardrails for Epic-related projects and provider applications.
  • Provide architectural governance and review for key projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise roadmaps and cybersecurity policies.
  • Collaborate with various enterprise cross functional teams on various sub-projects and tasks
  • Support cutover, go-live, and stabilization planning with a focus on resiliency, performance, and user experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong background in network design supporting clinical applications, including redundancy, disaster recovery, and performance optimization.
  • Proven experience leading or supporting large EHR transformations or Epic implementations.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, data standards, and integration patterns (e.g., HL7, FHIR, APIs).

- Prior role as Enterprise, Solution, or Domain Architect in a medium-to-large health system.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., Epic, network, or cloud certifications)
