We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with strong expertise in Financial Services and Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance. The role requires deep knowledge of Duck Creek and focuses on evaluating business and IT processes, defining architecture strategies, and driving innovation, efficiency, and cost optimization across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Strong Financial Services and Insurance domain knowledge
- Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience is required
- Mandatory experience with Duck Creek
- Experience with insurance package implementation
- Knowledge of integration services
- Good to have knowledge of specialty lines (Medical Professional Liability)
- Proficiency with technology platforms and frameworks including AWS, OCI, Azure, ERP systems (Workday, Oracle ERP, PeopleSoft), data lakehouse concepts, data mesh architectures, security frameworks, and AI/GenAI concepts (e.g., RAG)
- Experience with architecture frameworks and APM tools such as Ardoq
- Strong experience in Corporate Finance, HR, or Legal/Risk/Compliance
