Summary: The role involves overseeing documentation and reports related to large capital expenditure projects, particularly those exceeding £175 million. The candidate will collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate reporting and provide updates to stakeholders on project progress. A strong background in project controls and experience with large Capex projects is essential for success in this position. The role is based in The Woodlands, Texas, and offers a remote-friendly working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review documentation and reports around Cost, Schedule, Risk and Progress Measurement for all Capex Projects 30m+, emphasis on 175m+
- Collaborate with Project team to develop reports for stakeholders on accuracy to initial estimate for each project reviewed through each stage gate
- Analyze project progression towards milestones to provide leadership/stakeholders with monthly updates on live status
- Collaborate with Project Teams to develop reports for internal approval processes
Key Skills:
- Minimum 10yrs experience with Large Capex Projects, preferably New Generation facilities
- Well Rounded experience in Project Controls, including Scheduling, Cost, Risk and Progression Measurement
- Ability to write reports on a daily basis and present on them to stakeholders
