Summary: We are looking for an experienced Qualtrics EX Consultant to assist clients with the implementation and configuration of Qualtrics solutions, ensuring best practices are followed. The role requires collaboration with clients and project teams to enhance employee experience outcomes through effective use of the Qualtrics platform. The consultant will lead workshops, provide guidance, and transfer knowledge to clients for self-sufficiency. This position is fully remote and requires strong communication skills to present technical concepts clearly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Qualtrics EX solutions following the company's standard methodology.
- Lead workshops to gather and validate business requirements, document findings, and create prototypes for client confirmation.
- Configure Qualtrics EX solutions and support clients in becoming experts in navigation and utilizing the tool.
- Advise clients on industry-specific features, processes, and best practices within Qualtrics EX.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Implementation Consultants, and clients to communicate project goals, progress, and required actions.
- Present technical concepts to key stakeholders in a clear, non-technical manner.
- Transfer in-depth Qualtrics EX knowledge to clients to enable self-sufficiency.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
- Multiple implementations and leading experience in Qualtrics EX projects.
- Minimum experience with Employee Lifecycle & Engagement Surveys.
- Qualtrics EX Certification.
- Experience with Integrations to Qualtrics, 360 surveys and Candidate Experience.
- Knowledge about SAP SuccessFactors, and maybe a module certification.
