Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop a portfolio of customers in various industries (Aeronautics, automotive, energy, etc.).
  • Understand customers' needs and work closely with pre-sales and service teams to provide appropriate solutions.
  • Identify and evaluate business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
  • Develop creative sales approaches for academic customers, research centers, and start-ups.
  • Contribute to the UK strategy by collaborating with the existing sales team.
  • Demonstrate the added value of Maya HTT and Siemens through tailored presentations, quotations, and proposals.
  • Negotiate sales contracts with customers and partners.
  • Work closely with marketing, technical support, and product development teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and events.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business, technical, or engineering discipline.
  • 4+ years of software sales experience.
  • Knowledge of the UK Automotive, Aerospace, Heavy Industry, Engineering Services sector.
  • Knowledge of the engineering software space.
  • Familiarity with software from vendors such as Siemens, Ansys, Altair, Dassault Systèmes.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar Sales CRM.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.

To support our growth, we are recruiting an Account Manager to join our team on a full time permanent basis to develop and contribute to the sale of software and services in the UK.
