- Knowledge of AWS Windows imaging, implementation
- Transform configuration and deployment of windows desktop images
- Assist with MS Windows Discovery
- Windows and AWS problem solving, solutioning and diagnostic
- Patching and maintenance of windows desktop images
- CIS hardening process and procedures
