Key Responsibilities:
- Design Advanced Technical Problems across domains like circuit analysis, power systems, electromagnetics, signal processing, and control systems.
- Author Ground-Truth Solutions that serve as the gold-standard benchmark for AI learning and evaluation.
- Audit Technical Accuracy of AI-generated circuit diagrams, mathematical proofs, and engineering code.
- Refine AI Reasoning by identifying logical gaps in AI-generated engineering reasoning and providing actionable feedback.
- Document Failure Modes to capture how and where AI models fall short on technical tasks.
Key Skills:
- Holds or is pursuing a Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Strong foundational expertise in core domains: VLSI, control systems, telecommunications, power electronics, or embedded systems.
- Able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely in written form.
- Highly precise when working with mathematical equations, circuit logic, and technical documentation.
- Self-directed and comfortable working independently in an async environment.
- No prior AI experience required.
- Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows is a plus.
- Familiarity with simulation tools such as MATLAB, SPICE, or similar platforms.
