About The Role

We're looking for electrical engineering experts to help train and improve cutting-edge AI systems. Your deep technical knowledge will directly shape how AI reasons through complex engineering problems — from circuit analysis to power systems — making a real impact on the next generation of intelligent tools used by engineers worldwide. What You'll Do

  • Design Challenging Problems — Craft advanced electrical engineering problems across domains like circuit analysis, power systems, signal processing, electromagnetics, and control systems to rigorously test AI performance
  • Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Write precise, step-by-step technical solutions that serve as benchmarks for AI learning and reasoning
  • Audit Technical Accuracy — Review and evaluate AI-generated responses, circuit diagrams, mathematical proofs, and code for correctness, safety, and adherence to standards such as IEEE and NEC
  • Refine AI Reasoning — Identify logical errors or gaps in AI-generated engineering reasoning and provide structured feedback to improve model performance
  • Work Asynchronously — Complete assignments independently on your own schedule with no mandatory meeting times

Who You Are

  • Pursuing or holding a Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field
