micro1 is engaging Electrical Engineers to contribute to a dynamic customer project.
In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Scope of Work
- Design and curate high-quality single-option (multiple-choice) questions within your area of electrical engineering specialization.
- Develop clear, concise explanations and detailed rubrics to accompany each question, ensuring alignment with best practices in instructional design.
- Review and validate the technical accuracy and pedagogical value of AI-generated content related to electrical engineering concepts.
- Collaborate asynchronously to refine question quality and uphold subject matter standards.
- Provide feedback on AI performance, offering actionable insights based on your domain expertise.
- Document and communicate technical concepts in both written and verbal formats for diverse audiences.
- Contribute to an evolving project workflow designed to optimize AI training data relevance and clarity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Subject matter expertise in at least one of the following areas: Analog Circuits, Digital Circuits, RF, or Power Electronics with a focus on Integrated Circuits (IC).
- Proven experience with educational content creation, rubric design, or assessment development is strongly valued.
- Background in teaching, tutoring, or facilitating learning within electrical engineering is considered a significant plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and instructional value.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver high-quality contributions within project milestones.
- Comfort with collaborative, remote project participation and asynchronous communication tools.
Compensation Structure
Compensation is output-based; experts are paid per task that meets the project specifications. The time required to complete work may vary depending on the expert’s experience and workflow. Minimum submission requirements apply. Experts must submit a minimum of tasks per week.
Start Timeline & Availability
