- Lead and coordinate all testing phases for a large EHR software implementation across multiple hospital facilities
- Develop and maintain the enterprise testing strategy, framework, and governance model
- Oversee test planning, execution, defect management, and results reporting for all software modules and integrations
- Establish repeatable testing standards, templates, and procedures to institutionalize testing excellence
- Collaborate with business, program, and vendor teams to validate system functionality and user readiness
- Define and manage test environments, data sets, and configuration requirements in partnership with infrastructure teams
