Summary: The Project Manager will be instrumental in driving growth through the management of various projects focused on enhancing operational processes within the Medicare, Managed Care, and Population Health sectors. This role requires extensive experience in EHR delivery and the ability to oversee multiple projects from inception to completion. The position is remote and reports directly to the Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a project manager reporting to the Medicare, Managed Care, and Population Health Program Manager.
• Provide overall management of assigned projects from concept to completion.
• Lead projects aimed at implementing and optimizing operational processes.
• Manage multiple projects end to end with a focus on EHR delivery.

• Extensive experience in EHR delivery.
