Key Responsibilities:

Key Skills:
- 2+ years supporting Epic in healthcare settings
- Experience with EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts)
- Proficient in ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
- Epic certifications (e.g., Ambulatory, Security, Service Desk) highly desired
