Summary: The EDI Delivery Supervisor will oversee all incoming Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) project requests and provide ongoing support. This role involves evaluating technical requests, assigning tasks to team members, and supervising the team while identifying improvement opportunities in existing EDI solutions. The position is fully remote and may extend beyond the initial six-month duration. The successful candidate will also assist with the transition of EDI partners during ERP replacement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming EDI project requests and business-as-usual support.
- Evaluate each request at a technical level and assign tasks to qualified team members.
- Supervise the team and assess existing EDI solutions for improvement opportunities.
- Assist with information gathering and transition of EDI partners during ERP replacement activities.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in EDI project management and support.
- Proven experience in supervisory roles, leading and managing teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of EDI ANSI X12 and EDIFACT processes, standards, and technologies.
- Proficiency in Oracle, SAP, Seeburger BIS6, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Expert level knowledge within the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Project, Powerpoint, etc.).
