Summary: The EDI Test Automation Engineer role focuses on testing EDI applications with a strong emphasis on compliance with EDI standards. The position requires extensive knowledge of EDI testing, onboarding new partners, and developing test plans and cases. The engineer will work independently and collaboratively to ensure software meets specified requirements and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

Need to have prior experience with EDI (X12) testing and experience with interfaces and Extracts
Extensive Knowledge on Onboarding a New Partner and testing all strategies and possibilities not leaving any room for errors.
Ensures compliance to EDI 837, 835, and 834 standards
Good Experience on Software Development Life Cycle, Testing Methodologies and techniques.
Plan and develop Test Plans and Test Cases to ensure development outputs meet defined specification cases in coordination with Business requirements, Technical Specifications, installers / upgrades documents, and management.
Develop testing criteria, configure environment parameters, execute test scenarios, analyze results and provide recommendations.
Proficient in developing and executing Test Procedures, Test plans, Test Sx cripts, verification, test result validation, performing functional, usability and ensuring that the software meets the system requirements.
Experienced in software analysis, Requirements Management, Quality Assurance, Modeling, Configuration Management
Capable of working independently and/or as a part of the team with excellent inter-personal and communication skills in client interface and user training
