Job Description
- Monitor, configure, and troubleshoot SAP S/4HANA IDocs (orders, ASNs, invoices, inventory feeds).
- Resolve wholesale EDI transaction errors to ensure retail vendor compliance.
- Coordinate directly with OpenText, our 3PL partner, and logistics teams to fix connection drops and payload failures.
- Document fixes and establish standard operating procedures for recurring integration issues.
Qualifications
- Required: Hands-on SAP S/4HANA IDoc configuration/troubleshooting (WE02, BD87) and US wholesale EDI compliance experience.
- Preferred: OpenText exposure, 3PL/WMS integration, Shopify/D2C platform connections, and background in Beauty, CPG, or Retail.
- Profile: A practical, technical problem-solver who operates independently rather than an advisory architect.
