Summary: The EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Analyst is tasked with developing, implementing, and maintaining EDI systems and processes within an organization. This role requires collaboration with IT and business teams to ensure effective data exchange and troubleshoot any issues that arise. The analyst will also be responsible for onboarding new customers and providing technical support related to EDI processes. Familiarity with EDI technical concepts and Oracle Fusion is beneficial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and deploy EDI transactions and workflows.
  • Analyze business requirements and map data for EDI integrations.
  • Maintain EDI systems and resolve any issues related to data transmission.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Monitor EDI transactions, trading partners, and errors; analyze and resolve issues promptly.
  • Experience with onboarding new customers to EDI systems.
  • Provide technical support and training to users on EDI processes.
  • Document EDI processes, configurations, and procedures.

Key Skills:

  • Familiarity with EDI technical concepts (ANSI12).
  • Experience in monitoring EDI trading partners and resolving errors.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve issues related to EDI.
  • Experience with onboarding new customers to EDI systems.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion is helpful.
