Summary: The EDI Developer role focuses on candidates with expertise in Seeburger and SAP OTC EDI functionalities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess Seeburger Ipaas (cloud) experience.
  • Have SAP OTC EDI related functional knowledge.
  • Resolve/reprocess and send EDI failed transactions in Seeburger and SAP.
  • Maintain the EDI tables in SAP and troubleshoot issues.
  • Work on Seeburger BIS frontend (Web Gui) and understand its functions.
  • Provide production support and error resolution.
  • Utilize Message Tracker knowledge to pull source and target data.
  • Have EDI notepad experience.
  • Check Entity setups and fix any missing information.
  • Possess BIC mapper experience to report and fix map issues (if permission is granted).
  • Reprocess failed transactions in BIS frontend.
  • Understand failures within Seeburger/SAP and create documentation.

Here are the must haves for the EDI candidate we are looking for;

  1. Must possess Seeburger Ipaas (cloud) experience.
  2. Must have SAP OTC EDI related functional knowledge.
  3. Must know how to resolve/reprocess and send EDI failed transactions in Seeburger as well as SAP.
  4. Must be knowledgeable about maintaining the EDI tables in SAP and trouble shoot.
  5. Must have worked on Seeburger BIS frontend (Web Gui) and understand the functions withing the BIS Frontend.
  6. Must have experience with production support and error resolution.
  7. Must have Message Tracker Knowledge and understanding of pulling source and target data.
  8. Must have EDI notepad experience.
  9. Must understand how to check Entity setups and be able to fix the entity for any missing information.
  10. Must possess BIC mapper experience to be able to understand and report the issues and be able to fix the maps ( if permission is granted).
  11. Must know how to reprocess failed transactions in BIS frontend.
