Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, support, and monitor IBM Sterling Commerce applications and modules.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of EDI solutions using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
- Utilize business processes (BPML) and adapters within Sterling Integrator.
- Develop maps in formats like ANSI X12, XML, EDIFACT, CSV, Flat files, JSON.
- Understand and implement communication protocols such as FTP, SFTP, AS2, VAN.
- Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions and system performance.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior EDI developers.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Participate in Agile Development practices, including backlog refinements and sprint planning.
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit good interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Skills:
- 15+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Integrator version 5.2.6 or above.
- Proficiency in DB2+SQL, XML, XSLT, Web services, APIs.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes is an advantage.
