Summary: The EDI Delivery Supervisor role is focused on managing EDI project requests and providing business-as-usual support, with a strong emphasis on Seeburger BIS6 experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming EDI project requests and business-as-usual support activities.
  • Perform normal supervisory duties, including team leadership, performance evaluations, and professional development.
  • Evaluate and assess existing EDI solutions, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Implement enhancements to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of EDI processes.
  • Assist in the information gathering process during ERP replacement activities.
  • Facilitate the smooth transition of existing EDI partners to new systems.
  • Demonstrate expertise in EDI ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standards.
  • Proficiency in Oracle, SAP, Seeburger, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements relevant to EDI.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in EDI project management and support.
  • Proven experience in supervisory roles, leading and managing teams effectively.
  • Strong understanding of EDI ANSI X12 and EDIFACT processes, standards, and technologies.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:
